Once we have received the above details, we will then confirm your booking to ensure all information is correct. We will thereafter meet you at the domestic departures drop off zone no. 4 which is located at the upper level of the airport. Clients arriving from both international and domestic flights must collect their car from the domestic departures drop off zone no. 4.

Identifying our drivers

Park and fly drivers are attired with their bright red or white uniforms which is easily identifiable with the Park and Fly emblem on the shirt. Your car will be allocated to a certain driver that will be awaiting you at the departures drop off zone no. 4. The driver will also present you with a branded Park and Fly services job card reflecting the unique booking reference number that is compulsory for you to sign. The driver will provide you with a slip to keep and present back to us when collecting your car.

For clients that have made bookings and want to call to give us
ETA or inform us the flight is delayed.

Please ensure that your booking is submitted at least 1 day before travelling to avoid disappointment.
